This image was captured in the 9th Gorge of Nitmiluk National Park (Katherine Gorge). An image to represent time, but also timelessness.

I wanted to create an image that created a sense of wonder for our natural world and our environment. A reminder for us all to slow down and just to stop and appreciate how beautiful our planet is. Especially this part of it!

Limited to 40 editions as part of an exclusive collection for the 2019 Bruce Munro: Tropical Light exhibition. Each image created relates directly to one of the exhibited light sculptures (of the same title) created and displayed in the Darwin CBD during the tropical summer of 2019-2020.
