Is there a minimum order of boxes? No. There is no minimum order number.
What kind of boxes do you use? Our boxes are premium quality cases made from 1000gsm board finished with matte white embossed paper and magnetic closures.
I would prefer a gift bag instead of a box, is this possible? Yes. We can easily swap out the box for a white or brown kraft paper gift bag. Custom branding available.
How long will my order take? Turnaround time will vary depending on how large your order is. For ready-made boxes, allow 1-2 days. Some orders can be done same day if required at no extra charge, however, customisation of items will be limited to stock on hand. For orders of 10 or more, please allow 2 weeks. All orders requiring company branding, please allow 1 week minimum (2 weeks for 10+ boxes).
How will I receive my order? Do you ship? You can collect from our Darwin Waterfront gallery or we offer free delivery for orders of 10 or more boxes (Darwin & Palmerston area only). Unfortunately we are only taking local orders at this stage and shipping is not available.
