One of the most popular coastal areas for Darwin locals to visit and enjoy the sunset is the Nightcliff Jetty. I’ve tried here to show a different type of beauty. Even with monsoonal conditions, the ocean and jetty can still look stunning.
Before sunrise one windy morning, I was lucky enough to have the jetty to myself. I’ve discovered that this is essential to being able to do long exposure photography on the jetty. Anyone walking on the timber walkway inevitably wobbles the platform, rendering any long shutter speeds blurry and unusable! This shot was a single shot at 60 seconds long, capturing a length of cloud movement in the sky and simplifying the chopping ocean underneath into a smooth turquoise.
Exploring Nature’s Way is a collection of special images from the Darwin and Top End region - a celebration of the diversity found around Litchfield, Kakadu and Nitmiluk National Parks and even around the Darwin CBD.
The Top End is a unique landscape, and the aim of this collection is to showcase what we have to offer - even to those exploring “Nature’s Way” on a tight time frame. This collection has been compiled in conjunction with Louise’s coffee table book - “The Wonder of Nature’s Way” - a 200+ page book intended to dig deeper into the habitats and ecosystems explored in the region.

As a summary,
Rolled Fine Art Prints are pretty much what they say on the tin! A high quality, archive photographic paper which arrives rolled in a tube for you to frame in your desired frame type.
Canvas prints arrive ready to hang and are stretched around a wooden frame with a mirror wrapped edge.
Aluminium prints also arrive ready to hang with a "shadow mount" on the reverse. These are high definition, waterproof and scratch resistant.

Framing also by request. I handmake all of my own frames, but due to shipping challenges I prefer to keep these for a local pick up option. I can package and ship frames, but the cost will need to be organised on a case by case basis. I also often bring in different frames to try regularly so please get in touch if you'd like to see some current frame choices.
