Darwin Waterfront Panorama (aerial)
Why I set my alarm for 4:10am in the mornings….!
The air was warm and so humid - calm, still, and full of that classic Build-Up energy. The horizon was scattered with soft pink clouds, glowing with the first light of day, and reflected perfectly against the brilliant azure water of Darwin Harbour.
Another massive panoramic file from the drone, captured at sunrise. The Mavic 4 Pro does create a “ready-stitched” JPG, but I prefer to manually assemble mine in Photoshop to retain the larger image size and editing flexibility of the RAW files.
It may have looked peaceful, but the morning was alive - early exercisers, fishermen, and the calls of birds filling the air. That gentle hum of life and light that only sunrise brings. And, the anticipation for rain!
These are the mornings that remind me how lucky I am to call this place home. 💛
