One January sunset, and an isolated storm fires up out over the Timor Sea. Fading from a golden sky, to red and then dark purple - each colour only lasting for a few short minutes. This intense red sunset streaked with lightning is like a Darwin rite of passage - the excitement of these natural spectacles is what a wet season here is all about!

Limited to 20 editions (and an additional 20 small mounted prints) as part of the “Kaleidoscope” Collection - A celebration of Darwin in the Wet. Louise’s first solo exhibition of photographic works, showcasing the elements of Darwin she is most passionate about: the unique climate of the Top End and the natural beauty of Darwin - along with a vibrant splash of colour!

As a summary,

Rolled Fine Art Prints are pretty much what they say on the tin! A high quality, archive photographic paper which arrives rolled in a tube for you to frame in your desired frame type.

Canvas prints arrive ready to hang and are stretched around a wooden frame with a mirror wrapped edge.

Aluminium prints also arrive ready to hang with a "shadow mount" on the reverse. These are high definition, waterproof and scratch resistant.

Custom sizing by request.

Framing also by request. I handmake all of my own frames, but due to shipping challenges I prefer to keep these for a local pick up option. I can package and ship frames, but the cost will need to be organised on a case by case basis. I also often bring in different frames to try regularly so please get in touch if you'd like to see some current frame choices.
